Pre Workout Foods are important if you are heading to the gym for a great workout, the number 1 mistake many lifters make is that they go to the gym with not enough proteinĀ  in their system.

When we go to the gym and start working, all we are really doing is tearing down the tissues and stretching our fiber muscles, the real work starts after our workouts are done. Pre workout foods are a must if you are a serious lifter, if you don’t pay attention to this, then you are basically lifting weight and you gain nothing and can hurt your body.

Although this blog episode is dedicated to “pre workout foods“, I offer you a suggestion that I pass along to lots of new weightlifter, you need to take 15-30g of protein 15-30 minutes before you head to the gym and right after your workout take another 15-30g of protein.

This is safe and will help you actually get some results from your workouts, the required protein intake is 1g perĀ  , so if you are a serious lifter then make sure to have your pre workout foods and I called protein shakes food!

you can go to google and type “on whey protein”, and then buy a 5lb container and start taking this right away, I have been using this protein supplement for a long time and it really works well!
